Message	All our "rebuilt" turbos have new CHRA's, nothing in the rotating assembly is reused. They cost us more but we've really had no legitimate problems with our turbos since we've been taking this approach. Trying to resuse and rebuilt (like we did several years back) worked for us "most" of the time. Lesson learned, we can't afford to sell something that works "most" of the time. The turbos are to expensive to replace to take chances.
